Life-Between-Lives (LBL) Spiritual Regression is a deep-trance method of soul encounter developed by Dr. Michael Newton and described in his classic books, Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls. The focus of LBL work is the soul's journey following its departure from, and association with, a human body. This is achieved by facilitating the client into a past life which is briefly explored prior to moving to, and through, the death scene. In most cases clients immediately experience an expansion of consciousness as identification with the life just reviewed yields to the realization that their soul continues on its journey following the death of the body. Soul identification begins at that point, followed by memories of the soul's spirit world activities.

LBL demands a deeper level of trance than Past Life Regression (PLR), sustained over a longer period of time - typically 3 to 4 hours. To maximize your LBL experience it is highly recommended that you first undergo hypnosis, preferably a Past Life Regression (PLR), with either Dr. Roffey or another skilled hypnotherapist. No additional preparation for your LBL session is necessary; it doesn't matter whether you have read Dr. Newton's books in advance of your session.
